i m dr.dil, working as MOIC in rural hospital in polonnaruwa,
i am working hear for 1 year in this hospital with varies categories

i don't know some of circulars,
even i couldn't get those from RDHS/PDHS/MINISTRY,
some of the things even RD/PD doesn't know.
